Issue and Result: 'the colony had been in the cavity walls for years and in the two years, I had been gettign bees coming in through the vents in my clothing cupboard and in my kitchen. I am elderly and use a frame and very scared of bees. i like them but nit in my house! Alastair worked in intense heat and found 120,000 bees in the wall. He and his colleague spent three days trying to remove them and then two more swarms came, because the buikldrs did not turn u opn time to reoair the holes in the bricks. Alstairs team then fixed the walls themsenves and replastered in my cupboard. He got stung 11 times in one day in 30 degree heat in that cupboard, but he and Helen his assitant, completed the work and I amn so very graeful for the kindness and help they showed.,
